Usage Areas and Features:
Welding Spatter Preventer prevents spatter and melting slag from sticking to the metal surface and torch in welding processes. Prevents both grinding and deformation after welding. It has sediment cleaning feature in automatic welding robots. It does not harm the painting and coating process after welding. It is a water-based silicone-free product.
Usage and Amount:
It is sprayed or applied with a brush to the area to be welded and/or inside the nozzle from a distance of 25-30 cm to form a very thin layer. Then the welding process is started.
Situations to Consider:
Be sure to read the instructions for use.
Avoid prolonged hand contact to protect the skin.
Keep away from children.
Do not use for cleaning hands, face, body and foodstuffs.
It irritates the eyes, avoid contact with eyes.
